Cards Disappeared

In the very unlikely case that cards disappear, try these recovery steps:

Step 1: Update SuperCards

Make sure you're running the latest version of SuperCards.

iOS: Open App Store, tap your profile icon (top-right), scroll to find SuperCards, tap Update (if available).

Android: Open Google Play Store, tap your profile icon (top-right), tap "Manage apps & device", find SuperCards, tap Update (if available).

Step 2: Check for Filtered View

Look at the top of the screen. Is there text in the search bar? Clear the search bar. Your cards should reappear! This is the most common cause.

Step 3: Restart the App

Close SuperCards completely (swipe up from bottom or use recent apps button, then swipe SuperCards away). Reopen SuperCards and check if cards are back.

Step 4: Restart Your Phone

Power off your phone completely, wait 10 seconds, power back on, open SuperCards, and check if cards are restored.

Step 5: Restore from Backup

Option A: QR Code Backup - Find your saved QR code or link (check email, screenshots, notes), open the QR code or tap the link, and all cards will be restored.

Option B: iCloud Backup (iOS) - Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone, restore from iCloud backup, choose your most recent backup, and wait for restore to complete.

Option C: Google Backup (Android) - ⚠️ DO NOT UNINSTALL - Uninstalling the app removes your data from Google Backup. Use QR code backup instead (Option A).

Step 6: Check Anonymous Mode

If Anonymous Mode was enabled, backups don't exist by design. Unfortunately, if cards are lost without a backup, they cannot be recovered.

Prevention: Always Keep a Backup! Create a QR code backup regularly, email it to yourself, and update the backup whenever you add new cards.
