Import Problems
Issue: Batch Import Detected Wrong Store
Step 1: Cards the App Knows It Didn't Recognize
For some cards, the app knows it couldn't recognize the store and will automatically prompt you to select which store it is. Use the recommended stores shown, or search for your store using the search bar below the recommendations.
Step 2: Fix Wrong Store on Confirmation Screen
When reviewing imported cards on the confirmation screen, tap any card that has the wrong store detected. You can then select the correct store from the list before confirming the import.
Fix After Import:
If you already imported the card, open the incorrect card, tap "Edit", scroll to bottom, tap "Delete Card", confirm deletion. Then re-add manually: tap "+" button, search for the correct store, select it, tap "Import Screenshot", choose the screenshot again, verify it's correct.
Issue: Screenshot Import Not Working (iOS 16 or iPhone X)
Affected: iOS 16 or iPhone X users. Cause: Automatic screenshot detection doesn't work on these devices.
Workaround: Tap "+" button, search for your store, select the store, tap "Import Screenshot" (manual import), select the screenshot from your photo library, review and confirm, then tap Save. Repeat for each card. Batch import isn't available, but manual import works fine.
Issue: Can't Import from Stocard (After Shutdown)
Since Stocard shut down, importing is very difficult. Possible workarounds:
Option 1: Stocard Watch App - If you have it, the watch app may still work. Scan barcodes from your watch using SuperCards on your phone.
Option 2: Stocard Widget - Some older Stocard versions still have working widgets. Take screenshots of the widget showing cards, then import screenshots into SuperCards.
Option 3: Physical Cards - Find your physical loyalty cards and scan them directly with SuperCards (most reliable).
Issue: Barcode Not Detected from Screenshot
Causes: Screenshot is blurry or low resolution, barcode is partially cut off, poor lighting in original screenshot, or screenshot has glare or reflections.
Solutions: Re-take the screenshot (make sure barcode is fully visible, good lighting, no glare, high resolution, no UI elements covering barcode), scan physical card instead (more reliable), or use manual entry (add card manually and type the card number).
