Loyalty Program Guides
SuperCards offers free, honest, independent guides to more than 375 loyalty programs across 19 countries, written in the local language. Each guide explains what the program is, when it's worth it, how it works, the top tips, the best and worst ways to redeem your points, and common pitfalls.
Where to Find Guides
- Inside a card – Open a card's detail view and tap the guide link for that program
- When adding a card – Supported stores show a graduation-cap icon in the add-card (+) flow; tap it to open the guide
- On the web – Browse all guides at guides.supercardsapp.com
Web vs. In-App
The web guides show most of the content, but the insider pro tips are reserved for the app. If a web guide mentions pro tips you can't find, open the same guide inside SuperCards.
Availability
Guides require app version 3.6.10 or later and are rolling out gradually, so not everyone sees them in the app yet. There's no setting to turn them on or off. They'll reach everyone over time.
Good to Know
- Independent advice: SuperCards isn't affiliated with any loyalty program. We can't see your points balance, fix a program account, or change a program's rules. For account issues, contact the program directly.
- Major programs only: Guides cover major loyalty programs (375+ and growing). Smaller stores and custom cards don't have guides yet.
- Spotted something out of date? Loyalty programs change often, and we update guides regularly. Email support@supercardsapp.com with the program, country, and what's incorrect.
